"Amazing room it was so clean, the breakfast was amazing! And the staff was out of this world. I will be back when I visit charlotte again! The lady in the kitchen Tanya was amazing greeted us as soon as we came down for breakfast and Tahjé was very nice and greeted us checking in and checking out answered concerns. They both kept a smile every time we seen them. Customer service was great! They need a raise!"

"The staff was super nice, the lobby was open and spacious, there were plenty of places to sit, there is a coffee bar available. The little store had self checkout making things easy. My room was great, however the balcony wasn’t very inviting. The chairs were too short to see over the actual balcony. "

"The service was good. The room was clean. The carpet was clean. You may need to clean the tub and toilet when you come in, but it looks like they clean the carpet really good. The breakfast was wonderful and there’s a shuttle to the airport."

"The place was very nice and the rooms were clean. Staff was very helpful. We did not partake in breakfast, but they did have it if you wanted. I would stay here again."
