Staff was incredibly kind and friendly, but the hotel needed much to be desired. The bathrooms did not have a fan or vent. So, when showering it got incredibly hot and humid within the shower area. Rooms were not appointed very well. They did not have a microwave nor enough light. There was a bright green blinking light associated with the fire alarm that blinked all night long. You could not avoid it. The staff was superb but the "available" restaurant didnot have a chef to cook. Front desk staff or cleaning people were doing the cooking. Wonderful people just not the best accomodations. Fortunately, there is so much available around foodwise, we went out for breakfast. Not ideal if you didn't plan on it timewise, but we made it work.

Older property and the guest rooms reflect this. Lobby has been somewhat updated. Reception staff was helpful, but the maids had no idea about security; they’d leave the guest room doors ajar on the entire floor, designating the ones that get cleaned for that day. Anyone could walk in and take whatever they wanted.
