Pickleball and Private Swimming Pool - Heated Year-Round!
10/10 Excellent
"Easy and short drive into town. Very quiet location with lots of stuff to do at the house. Loved using the pickleball courts and pool. Roomy well-equipped kitchen and great common areas both indoors and on the large patio. There was a nice wine tasting room and a fantastic fruit stand within walking distance. Host responded very quickly to our communications."
"I strongly recommend this property. It is very private, very quiet, surrounded by nature, nicely done, and comfortable. We cooked full meals in the well-equipped kitchen each day. There is a bunch of wild turkeys that seem to like the property. The host is very responsive and quite helpful. It is close to some absolutely amazing hikes. Just great all around. We hope to be able to come again."
"We enjoyed our stay and were extremely pleased with the cleanliness. The home was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. The coffee bar amentias were a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again. "
"Great home with a spacious living and dining area on a great spot on the river. Updated kitchen and baths were nice and tastefully done. Hot tub was clean and at a perfect temp, great for looking at the stars at night! We would definitely return."
"The property is beautiful and for our family worked great. We are 6 siblings that get together every 2 years to catch up, laugh, play games & share meals. The 6 bedrooms with the attached baths were clean and very comfortable. The living spaces are big with comfortable furnishings to relax, engage with the set of six adult siblings sharing stories & laughs. The surprise was the Osprey nest across the river that we watched while relaxing on the deck. Cottonwood Shores is a special place and we hope to return soon. "
