"The resort offers a wide range of great amenities, including mini golf, a heated swimming pool, game room and complimentary bike rentals. The mini golf is definitely worth trying and adds a lot of fun to the stay. Breakfast is included and features a fresh, well-rounded selection, which is especially convenient in the early morning and saves the hassle of finding a place to eat.
The location is excellent—right next to the adventure park and only about a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute bike ride to downtown Leavenworth.
The heated pool is enjoyable, but the entrance back into the hotel is not very close, which can be inconvenient in colder weather.
What truly stands out is the staff—they are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the stay even more pleasant.
Overall, it’s a great choice for families visiting Leavenworth, especially those traveling with kids."

"This was our 2nd stay at Fred's property. All amenities were accurate the aprtment was clean and welcoming. Our dogs loved the walks along the river. I would definitely recommend this property and hope we can visit again. "

"Unbeatable location right on the river and just minutes from Leavenworth. Kitchen is stocked well with everything needed to cook for a large group. Every room is spacious and a huge plus that each bedroom has its own bathroom. Comfortable stay for a large group. There were a couple of issues with the sewer ejection system but the company on call was very responsive and quick to fix it. Like others mentioned, you can hear road noise nearby but it didn't bother our group. We hope to return!"
