The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances such as an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, and microwave, along with a dining table and air conditioning for an enjoyable dining experience. A shower/bidet/WC completes the ground floor level. Ascending to the upper floor, you will discover a small living room with air conditioning and a second double bedroom, also equipped with air conditioning. An additional shower/bidet/WC is available on this floor as well. The house features forced-air heating for extra comfort.
