「We were in Ortono for one night and this was a great place to stay. The room was a bit dated but clean and comfortable. Benjamin was very helpful at check-in and recommended a good local restaurant. The breakfast exceeded expectations. Plenty of fruit, yogurt, pastries and coffee. 」

Il proprietario, persona simpaticissima, è informatissimo su tutto ciò che si può visitare e la storia dei luoghi e super disponibile a condividere queste conoscenze. 「Excellent option if you need to stop going from the north of Italy to the south. The hotel is run by an Argentinean family and their “asado” is great. They really make you feel at home. Access to the beach is excellent and the water is so clear.」

「Beautiful B&B in the Mountains overlooking the sea. BE SURE TO RENT A CAR as it's not accessible by public transport. Host can pick you up and drop you off from the airport if prior agreement - much more reasonable price than taxi. Would definitely come back her, was absolutely beautiful!」

「We were here in Feb 2017, so a lot of places were closed. We walked the seaside and ate one dinner at the Il Sistema (walk across the road and toward Pescara (it was very good. Other times we drove to town. Also there is a big shopping center - Iper where you can find anything. Town and Iper are both about a 5 min drive. Also nice the Calachiara has off street parking. Anna and her mom were very gracious and th breakfast boasted regional pastries. We would come back again, but probably in the...
