「The hallway smelled, the old mattresses and furniture were stored on the balcony right above our room, very limited breakfast, staff almost non-visible, I’m glad we stayed only 1 night」

「Really enjoyed the pool and hot tub (hot tub looked brand new!). Overall, the facility is dated and could benefit from a makeover. Also, there is no air conditioning in the rooms, which is normally not a problem in New Hampshire, but our weather was warm and humid at night.」

「The view of mountains id stunning, as is the aroma of fresh air and the enchanting songbirds. We had a great time in the small but adequate swimming pool. It is easy to miss the turn onto Laurence Lane, so it would be good if a sign were to be installed there.」
