「Room clean. Towels thick, white and fluffy. Staff really nice and food in the Kailyard restaurant was excellent. Only downside was there was a problem with the heating so we were cold for the first 24 hours, but small heaters everywhere and engineers dealt with it」

「Had a fantastic 2 night stay for our 50th Wedding Anniversary. Our lodge was lovely, a bit tired but spotlessly clean with stunning views overlooking the Loch. The staff were all very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. On arrival we were greeted by Arthur the Concierge, he was so lovely, helpful & extremely knowledgeable about the Castle and surrounding areas. His colleague Mike was also lovely & very helpful. 「Un hôtel particulier raffiné tenu par un couple adorable et accueillant. Tout est beau, typique de la classe britannique. La maison est spacieuse, cosy, la chambre magnifique. Tout est préparé avec soin. Le jardin est très mignon. L'hôtel est bien placé, près de plusieurs restaurants. Parking pratique privé. Petit déjeuner délicieux, typique écossais avec des produits de qualité, tellement bien cuisiné. Petit coup de coeur pour leurs deux chats magnifiques et accueillants. Une adresse à garder....
