"It was a nice place to stay, comfortable and everything i needed was available like an iron which is a must for me. The only problem i had was the bed was too soft which made it very uncomfortable for me to sleep in but other thsn that it was a nice little house."

Only thing was we couldn’t find instructions for the cooker and to put the hot water on but we nipped over to reception and they were helpful (with the hot water and we worked out the cooker!!). "Had a fantastic 2 night stay for our 50th Wedding Anniversary. Our lodge was lovely, a bit tired but spotlessly clean with stunning views overlooking the Loch. The staff were all very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. On arrival we were greeted by Arthur the Concierge, he was so lovely, helpful & extremely knowledgeable about the Castle and surrounding areas. His colleague Mike was also lovely & very helpful. The reception staff were equally lovely and we were welcomed with a very nice wee dram of whiskey which went down well. The food in the restaurant was delicious, we didn’t have one complaint. We used the Spa facilities and the staff there were also first class just a shame the cleanliness in the showers and spa bath weren’t. "
