「The bathroom was clean, and the bed sheets were clean, with a lovely smell even in the morning. Heating was on all night, so it wasn't cold in the morning, and after skiing at Glenshee, that warmth was lovely. The fireplace downstairs was so good, and we had a nice chat and watched TV. 「We stayed one night on a visit to Perth and this will be our go-to hotel on any future visits to the city. From the owner's welcome to the beautiful served breakfast, this hotel ticks all the boxes. 「Balnearn House is a lovely B&B in a small village. The rooms are comfortable and there was a nice garden area. There were a couple of nice restaurants & pubs within walking distance. The owners are very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.」

If you have chance, try the Cidsin Bistro, the hotel’s Indian restaurant, during your stay you won’t e disappointed.

「Graham & Karen were absolutely amazing hosts. The room & house were sensational, comfortable, clean, and the breakfast included was amazing. It truly felt like a restful getaway, and both will go to great lengths to give travel tips, assist with your stay, and anything else you need. Will be staying here again!」
