From the drive up to the stunning hotel and the beautiful gardens this is a gem of Perthshire. Staff were exceptional and the food was so delicious. Great accommodation and a great place to return to. Highly recommend.

We spent one night here on a road trip of Scotland, this place to us felt grand, cosy and super relaxing! The location and the grounds on this spot is obviously the best part about it, we were blessed with good weather but I can imagine this spot is prefect all year round! Comfy rooms, lit fires, live pianist, and good food! What more could you ask for! We unfortunately didn’t get to use the facilities, as we had been travelling all day and ended up then eating late as we had to wait for a space to seat! So our only gripe with this hotel was having to wait just under an hour for a spot in the restaurant to eat, and waiting in the bar and not notice many coming/ going and then being sat in a fairly empty restaurant felt a bit deflating! But that was purely because we were gutted to miss out on using the pool/ amenities! However, the food was great, quality and wholesome so just make sure you book if you want to eat here! Reception staff were super kind too! And breakfast was as you’d hope!

It’s been 10 years since our last stay, as good as ever. Friendly staff, beautiful room, quiet, lovely bar & tasty plentiful breakfast. Everything you could wish for & on top of that a bottle of Prosecco & chocolate in our room for our anniversary. Perfect stay

Hotel is in a beautiful location next to the river. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. Bedroom was clean, comfortable and spacious. Really tasty breakfast in the morning with a large and varied buffet. Porridge, kippers etc also available on request. Evening meal in the restaurant was also really good. Relaxed and friendly atmosphere in the bar and on the terrace. Highly recommended.

On arrival the reception staff were brilliant and friendly. Rooms were ready on arrival but cleanseness not up to standard Dot from restaurant was amazing and remembered our table and our special event that was happening. She is a true gem. Hotel and surrounding areas were amazing, the views from our balcony were awesome, would definitely recommend our only real complaint is the lack of power points in our rooms and no directory or fire information some lights not working

The staff were extremely friendly, accomodating and attentive. The room was clean and quiet to sleep in. The bed was comfortable. The nespresso coffee machine was a nice touch. The horizon shower was also good. The food in the restaurant was good and breakfast in the morning good. Really appreciated the gluten free station.
