"RACアリーナに近いため、コンサート終わりに宿泊するのに便利だった。 大通りに面しているが、とても静かで良く眠れた（16階に宿泊） とてもモダンで綺麗な部屋だった。 シャワーのお湯の出も申し分ない。 チェックイン＆アウトの時しか会っていないが、スタッフはとてもにこやかでフレンドリーな態度で良かった。 気になったのは、冷蔵庫を開けたら水が溜まっていたこと、部屋に入ったら少し湿っぽい匂いがしたこと、ベッドサイドのランプが壊れかけでチカチカ光る状態だったことくらい。 日本人観光客へのアドバイスとして、アメニティがほとんどないので注意。あるのはボディソープ、シャンプー、コンディショナー、石鹸、タオルのみ。 オーストラリアはどこもそうだが、パジャマ類、スリッパ、歯ブラシ、メイク落とし、基礎化粧品など、日本のホテルにあるようなものは全くないので、自前で準備が必要。 あと、卓上のお菓子は有料なので食べたら精算忘れないようにお気をつけ下さい。 "

"<英語の後に日本語で記述しました> I don't remember how many times did I stay in Perth, but it was the best stay I believe. I will probably go to Perth more times, but I want to make this hotel my regular place. First of all, I really appreciated the service of the staff. I looked for a parking space to drop off my luggage, but unfortunately I could only park a little far away from the hotel front. However, the front desk staff was very polite and helped me carry my luggage and gave me detailed instructions on what to do with my luggage until check-in. It was easy to understand even for non-English speakers, and it was a great help in a hotel where I sometime feel lonely when traveling abroad. I really want to say thank you that lady staff who helped me. We also received hospitality such as welcome juice and "warm" cookies, and the hospitality was very heartwarming, and my wife and I were very impressed. The room was also great. I chose a river view room. Early time I visit Perth, I try to reserve a Swan River view room everytime, but unfotunatly they have never let me through, and I gave up and stopped taking it a few times ago. This time, I just chose a river view room, but they reserved it for me. It may be ordinaly thing that they will provide you with what you have reserved, but I finally had my first river view, and the view was great and the sunrise was very beautiful. "徒歩7分ほどの近くの鉄道の駅を利用して毎日大変便利にパース市内を往復した。パース駅に西オーストラリア博物館などが隣接、フェリー乗り場へも１０分ほど歩けた。ロットネスト島へも行ったがクオッカは客寄せパンダでいまいち。部屋はあまりよくないが人びとはよかった。 "

"中心部からは少し離れていますが、治安が良いので夜でも歩くのに問題は感じませんでした。 フロントの方はフレンドリーでした。 部屋も広いので過ごしやすいです。 初日は部屋にスリッパや歯ブラシはありませんでしたが、３日目には用意されていました。基本的に準備されないのか、準備忘れていたかは不明です。"
