"There was just one woman working at the hotel and numerous guests had issues. She was completely overwhelmed. An off-duty maintenance worker came BACK in as he was heading home from work because he heard that there were so many issues (room locks not working, other in-room issues, etc). Our bathroom was definitely not cleaned well before our arrival and we had just 2 towels. We had to call down to request more. It was a 5 person room so not sure why there would only be 2.
