"If you ever get a chance to stay there…do it. It is an amazing visual event! We weren’t even there at Christmas, just a September day, and it was amazing. Make time for the tour. The history and “backstage” places you get to see make the history come alive. Our room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was small, and the shower was ok. The room had high ceilings and was quiet and relaxing. The lobby area is beautiful, and we had drinks a couple of times in both bars. Everyone was So Friendly. Not that “I’m a professional service person and am treating you with polite, helpful, & professional service friendly” - but genuinely friendly. It made all the difference in our stay. Would definitely stay there again."
