"All good, we were there only one day but everything was great, staff was super helpful and nice. "

"Great stay here. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful and eager to help. Location is good to walk to downtown and sites. Only negative is parking. We chose this hotel as it said self parking available but spots are very limited and needs to use a park case that appears close but in reality was not easy to get to if parked in back hotel parking lot to unload luggage. Make sure to get clear directions from Front desk on how to get to parkcade as lots of one ways if you miss turnoff. Good news is walk back to hotel has some bar options like Bernie’s Beer Bar so turned out to not be too bad. "

"The property was as advertised. It was spacious, very clean and well stocked. It has everything you need. There was a grocery store nearby which was great.Dirk was quick to respond to any messages we sent. He came over twice to ensure that everything was fine and that we had what we needed. This was much appreciated. If we are ever in Brugge again, we would definitely stay at this property."
