「The apt was in need of a update very badly ,flooring was coming up from bedroom area ,front of the stove had rust on it ,side of refrigerator was also rusty ,the window to the balcony looked as it was never cleaned ,the coffee pot was warped almost beyond use ,the elements or stove eyes was all warped and jacked up, and in the living room/ dining area was a clothes dresser ,yes a clothes dresser with kitchen pans and silverware in it. 「Cleanliness of room and looks are nice. The owner has nice taste. The place is small but has everything you need. I didn't like the bed in the entry of the door way, makes it hard coming in with luggage. Did struggle some with the AC thermostat to get the room to cool down. took a while but did eventually cool the room during the night. The biggest negative was the bed and pillows. Both need an upgrade - pillows are horrible. Can't say i got any good night sleeps which was important to...
