「The property itself is stunning, location is perfect. Right on the beach. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Pool was clean and pool area immaculate. The room was in need of an update. The bathroom did not have a vanity, no where at all to even put your toothbrush or any other items. I'm not sure why there is no housekeeping. We had to ask for new towels and when they dropped them off they did not make the beds or take out the garbage. We had to ask for the garbage to be done. Are hotels not...

When we arrived we were given some wonderful recommendations for restaurants, etc. which were helpful because it was our first time in Mystic. We did choose to open our windows, which let in fresh air but also quite a bit of noise from the street. If you, like us, don't prefer a/c, I recommend booking a room further away from the main road. 」
