This is a hidden jewel in Vienna. Great hotel, and very nice bar and restaurant. Will always stay again here in Vienna

Brilliant hotel with the exception of the restaurant and bar. We tried the bar one night but were turned away as “too busy” the next night it was closed but we sat there and bought drinks at the restaurant bar ( had to carry them up the stairs ourselves. The “comfy” atmosphere in the restaurant is basically low level tables and soft chairs to eat from , very uncomfortable and so close together you could join in the conversations over the tables nearby. The waiter was offhand and inattentive. As we ate there the first night nothing would have persuaded us to repeat the experience. The rest of the hotel was exceptional though.

My room was clean, quiet and nicely decorated. The hotel is within easy walking distance of a number of attractions including Karlskirche and the Belvedere.

Lovely staff we were upgraded on arrival room was amazing and free mini bar ask for room 64

This was a quick stop but enjoyed our stay
