Everything was top notch at this condo. It was beautiful, modern, and clean. Most of all it was steps away from the beach. And the swimming pools with hot tub were right outside the door as well. I will be recommending this place to all of my friends. It has floor to ceiling windows all across the living room wall so that you can see the views the entire time you stay there. Greg was a great guy to speak with about any questions I had. I can't say enough great things about this condo. I will be back!!

It was a perfect location! The view and beach access from the property was phenomenal! My family and I had a wonderful time, and Greg was a super helpful host! The condo is comfortable and accommodating. We had a relaxing vacation, and would highly recommend this beach getaway!

Perfect 1st-floor condo for a family beach trip! Beach and pool are just steps from the patio—so convenient with kids. Spotless, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we needed. Greg was great to rent from and made sure we had everything for a stress-free stay. We’d come back in a heartbeat!

We had an amazing stay! The property is beautiful and so well kept! It really has everything you need for your stay. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking. It even had paper towels and dish soap. I completely understand why it had so many 5 star reviews. From Check-in to Check-out everything went smoothly. The property is every bit as close to the beach as it is described, which made our stay very enjoyable. My family loved the relaxing atmosphere and beautiful views along with the proximity to the beach. We utilized the gym and other amenities. Of all the vacation rentals we have ever stayed at over the years, this was my favorite. Not only were the accommodations great but the owner was fantastic. The owner, Greg, was always helpful and avaliable for anything we needed. He responded promptly and politely to all of our inquiries. By far, it was the best communication I've ever encountered with any other property manager/owner. We will definitely visit this property again in the future!

We very much enjoyed this condo! The only thing we had issues with was access to the condo with the key code. We were given two codes, and neither worked for us after trying multiple times. We contacted Leigh Anna, our owner, and she was able to help with another code. It was a pain, but it was fine :) Hopefully, this can get fixed for the next customers! We loved this unit, it's literally steps from the beach! We would definitely consider booking this again! Thanks so much, Greg!!

Mother/Daughter Getaway

Wonderful stay! Property was clean and location to the beach couldn't be any better! We felt completely safe the entire time. The only downfall to the entire stay, that was completely out of owners control, was construction noise in the early morning due to a new roof installation. Greg made us aware of it prior to the trip, so we were prepared for it. Didn't stop us from having a fantastic time!!!

Great Location! Easy Access to Everything! Beautiful Condo!

We’ve been going to Perdido Key for several years but this was our first stay at Sea Spray and we will definitely be coming back! Greg was wonderful checking in with me to ensure we got in the condo and had what we needed. The ground level is super convenient—you walk out and the pool and walkway to beach is right there. Condo was spacious and all the amenities you would need. When we didn’t feel like going to the grocery, we walked right across the street to the market inside the souvenir shop, which had everything we needed. 10/10 would recommend!

Awesome Place and location

This stay was by far 5 stars. Greg was awesome, he immediately got in touch with me when I booked, he made it a very easy process and the condo was every bit of what he promised. Not only was the condo clean and beautiful, but being on the ground floor and seconds from the beach was awesome. Can't wait to go back again!

Great Christmas getaway

We had such a relaxing trip. Beautiful view of the ocean from the huge windows! The condo was comfortable and spotless. Greg was easily available when we had a question. We will definitely stay again.

Fantastic

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo the few days before Thanksgiving. The beach was amazing, but the view from the condo was just as amazing. Loved being on the bottom floor near the two pools. Also loved the blue Heron that nestled on the post outside our condo the whole time. The condo was well furnished and had plenty of room for us.

Perfection

This ground floor condo was perfect for us! It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay! We had no problems whatsoever! We loved walking right out of the front door to our car and right out the back door for the pool and beach which were only a few footsteps away! We will definitely be back!

Senior Trip

My family had a high school graduate and she brought along a friend for a senior trip beach vacation. We had a wonderful time and Greg’s room was in a great location and super clean. Being so close to the beach and boat access was extremely relaxing! Greg was always available for questions and made the whole process really easy.

fantastic location, great host!

We really enjoyed our stay at this ground floor condo. Great access to the pools and beach. We are very spoiled now. Unit exactly as described. We hope to return soon, and the communication with the host was excellent. We did not need anything while we were there, we had no issues at all. Great, safe, family environment. The weather was amazing during our week, and the Blue Angels treated us to a fly by one morning. The only thing we did not like was having to leave and return to reality.

Beautiful and convenient

This was our first time to Perdido Key and we couldn't have asked for a more wonderful place to stay. The condo was clean and had everything we needed! The views were simply gorgeous and the walk out from our patio to the beach was so convenient! A short walk over the bridge and we were on the beach! Perfection! I even found a book in the TV stand to read and finished it in two days!!!!
