Penthouse Suite - Largest Private Deck in Complex

  • 11th floor (top floor) unit is located directly on the sugar-white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy the exquisite views from your private balcony and expansive deck (see photos). This unit was recently remodeled. It is beautifully furnished and offers a king-size bed in the master bedroom with a private bath, a full-size kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. It is the only unit in Perdido Sun with a large, completely private deck area with ocean views. It is also impeccably appointed with high-end furnishings. Lastly, this unit no longer has a pull-out couch so can only sleep 2 maximum.


    The complex includes 24 hour front desk and security, large indoor and outdoor pools, large Jacuzzi hot tub, lawn area with picnic and recreation facilities, 2 boardwalks over the dunes to 200 feet of white sand beach front. Inside you will find a new exercise facility, plus a game room for the kids. You will enjoy planned recreation, beach service, nearby shopping and restaurants.

On Top of the World

We have stayed at the Perdido Sun several times. This lovely condo gave us wonderful views of the ocean and sunsets. The extended patio gave us so much privacy! So convenient to many nearby and excellent restaurants.

RELAXING VACATION CONDO

I relaxed with my husband and son in this beautiful condo on the beach. Great views from the huge deck! We didn't even need to leave the deck to watch the 4th of July Fireworks, it was wonderful! Very comfortable bed. Restaurants right across the street and only about a 10 minute drive to the Florabama. Perdido Key beach is quieter/less crazy than Pensacola Beach, which is what we wanted this time.

Perdido Sun Vacation

When we arrived, we were surprised to see that there was so much construction going on at the property. The front office staff was very nice, and gave us our wrist bands. The hallways had a lot of construction supplies, not blocking the walkways, but piled up for use. M-F, there were many workers all over the property chipping away at the plaster on the building, which "snowed" on our large deck area. The property owner was very responsive, and concerned that he did not know this was going on. The property manager was up to our unit twice, once because she needed to see if there was a TV in the bedroom, and then another time to check out the deck. Workers also rang the bell one morning to ask if our deck was the one with construction wood blocking part of it. It was not, and they left. Overall, the unit was so fun, and the view is beautiful. We would return.

Holiday stay for 7 days Dec 26 to Jan 2 2023-4

Had some issues with the property, the entry keypad had a sticking number issue, the recliner should be replaced with a stouter version, having more than one trash bags, tissues and toilet paper would have been nice. The bottom roll out tray on the dishwasher is a problem. The king bed was very comfortable, the rest of the space was good. The view to the water was wonderful. We had a great view of the New Years eve fireworks display a few buildings over. The stay was good and quiet with not much traffic in or around the building. We ate across the street at the fish restaurant and enjoyed it. The beach was not very busy and we walked on it several times and walked in the water. Recommend the NAS Air Museum that is free and well worth the time, several hours. You should go to Fort Pickens it was very nice. Our stay went well and had a relaxing time. The question of how much should you have to pay to get a condo with a view directly at the water? The view is truly a bonus and worth some extra for those that do not get to water. We got timely info from the owner and did not have any issues with him. The large balcony is a bonus and worth some extra as well but did not get used much due to cold weather and winds. Did see a few dolphins a few mornings swimming by.
