Nice beach stay! Great condo facility. Everything was well kept and condo was clean. The owner was quick to respond to any questions. We love the Perdido beach area, less crowded. Our only suggestions for the next people is that the bathroom soap dispensers were watered down and it would be nice to have a few more hand towels in the bathrooms and kitchen. Overall it was a nice stay and worked well for our family!

Not for smokers of any kind

Condo was clean, view was great! Hot water is not family friendly, hot water was limited.. 2 quick showers at a time than hot water is done. The entire condo including the parking lot is smoke free. No smoking area anywhere not even the beach. Up to 1000 fine for smoking anywhere even in your own vehicle. Which is fine if the listing would have made it clear to start with. The listing states smoking is prohibited but the listing is for the condo and most people understand they cant smoke in the condo. We definitely wouldnt have stayed here if it would of been made clear.

Family girls trip

Loved the location! Condo was nice. Would recommend having electrical outlets checked and adding a full length mirror.Our condo would not lock the first day we arrived. The customer service person was extremely nice, but we had to work with the maintenance manager for this issue. She acted like we didn’t know how to work a keypad . She ask me to leave our things in the condo without locking it and said it will be fine. I contacted customer service again and he had someone come out the next morning. They replaced the batteries and it worked just fine.

Amazing Location

The location was great. Beach was not crowded even though it was a holiday weekend. Close enough fro drive to Orange beach and Gilf shores to eat and shop. Will definitely be back!

Perdido Key, a memorable vacation

First time visiting Perdido Key and we hope to make another visit in the future. Everything we could ask for except a hot tub. Our 21 year old granddaughter really missed the hot tub.

Relaxing

The property was perfect for our vacation. We have been coming to Pensacola for over a decade but this was our first time at Perdido Key. The property was great.

Great Location and Communication

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay! The view was beautiful and the beach was not crowded... especially about 20 yards down towards the state park. The unit is older but was pretty clean and the building is well taken care of including the pool which was spotless. We would return!

Check-in process

Our only issue was with the combination lock on the front door. One step was omitted from the access code. Then, there were no instructions on how to lock the door when leave ... although that probably should have been intuitive. But when we called, we got an immediate response and all was well.

OBW never disappoints

This is probably our 9th or 10th stay at OBW in the past 7-8 years, staying in 5-6 different condos there. Never disappointed. Easy access to the beach and pool. Not usually crowded on the beach but new buildings going up beside OBW :(
