It was a very clean, updated unit with a great view of the ocean. Only complaint was that management didn’t explicitly tell us how to get code and parking pass until we were already there and had to drive down the road to get it.

Property is great. however, this is the second time of being there and the dryer broke during our stay and we had to have our clothes dried elsewhere and one of the pools broke and the other was so crowded.

Nice Break on Perdido Key
Perfect location and lovely property. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The shaded balcony was a family favorite and caught a nice breeze. Beach and pools uncrowded and everyone we met was very friendly. Will stay here again next time we’re in the Pensacola area.

New Year’s Getaway
The place was quiet at this time of the yr, which is what we wanted. Great size balcony facing the beach. Loved that the master suite had a king size bed, which you don’t find everywhere. The second bedroom had a queen bed, which was perfect for our adult son. Overall, good place to stay for a long weekend or longer.
