The open floor plan flows beautifully through the living, dining and kitchen area. The living room is beautifully decorated in warm inviting colors & has plenty of seating for the entire family. The large kitchen is fully equipped with all the comforts of home, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a drip coffee maker. Dining room has an adorable table with additional breakfast bar seating. This oversized balcony overlooks the Gulf of America and balcony seating to accommodate the entire family.
Stay active and energized at SeaSpray's well-equipped fitness center, hot, 3 refreshing pools (pools are open daily from 9am until dusk). With a traffic controlled pedestrian walkway, you can enjoy a game of tennis/pickleball right across the street. Riverside offers kayak rack, propane gas grill house and boat launch.
Minimum age to rent is 25 years old.

Parking passes are managed by VRPS (Vacation Rental Parking). Guest will receive an invitation to register up to 2 vehicles per condo: $55.00 plus tax, per vehicle, per stay. Any vehicle not registered will be ticketed, booted or towed at vehicle owner's expense. Boat/Trailer registration fee is $350.00 per week or $55.00 per day.

There are (2) Level 2 Blink Electric Vehicle Chargers at SeaSpray Condos in the Riverside parking lot. The 2 spaces are near the maintenance shop.
