The space
Welcome to our charming 3-bedroom, 2-bath home, ideally situated near Beach Haven and Navy Point in beautiful Pensacola, Florida. Immerse yourself in the coastal lifestyle as you enjoy private beach access and a boat dock, perfect for water enthusiasts and nature lovers.

Our home is a short 11-minute drive from the vibrant downtown area, where you can explore a variety of shops, restaurants, and cultural attractions. Additionally, Naval Air Station (NAS) Pensacola is only 5 minutes away, making it a convenient choice for military personnel and their families.

The bedrooms in our home are cozy yet comfortable, providing a peaceful haven for a good night's sleep after a day of adventure. Each room offers all the essentials you need to recharge and unwind.

The bathrooms are compact but functional, offering all the necessary amenities for your comfort. You'll find a refreshing shower in one, while the other provides a convenient bathtub/shower combination.

Prepare delicious meals and snacks in our fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and ample counter space. Whether you're enjoying a quick breakfast before heading out or cooking a family dinner, you'll find everything you need right at your fingertips.

Step outside into our large backyard oasis, where you can relax and soak up the sun. Gather around the firepit in the evenings, lounge in the hammock, or enjoy a meal al fresco at the table and chairs.

While we don't provide exercise equipment, you'll find a running track nearby with exercise stations along the path, allowing you to maintain your fitness routine while enjoying the scenic surroundings.

Our home's beach-inspired decor creates a soothing ambiance, reminding you that you're just moments away from the beautiful sandy beaches and tropical areas that Pensacola is famous for. Feel the coastal vibes throughout your stay.

In addition to the nearby beaches, you'll find an array of attractions to explore, including downtown Pensacola with its historic sites, lively nightlife, and diverse culinary scene. Numerous restaurants and shops are within easy reach, ensuring that you have plenty of options for entertainment and dining.

What sets our home apart is that it offers the entire house, providing guests with privacy, space, and the comforts of a home away from home. Whether you're traveling with family or friends, you'll have ample room to relax and make lasting memories.

Please note as of April 23, 2025 there will be a 5% tourist development tax (TDT) applied to the total cost of your stay. The TDT applies to nightly rates, cleaning fees, and pet fees. Early check-in is subject to availability at the sole discretion of the host.

Early check-in availability is determined on the day of arrival. 

There is a flashlight, fire extinguisher under the kitchen sink.

There is a plunger by the toilets.

The grill is for guest use please clean utensils, grill and cover the grill back after use.

Landscaping may happen any day of the week from 8AM onwards.

There are extra trash bags in the kitchen trash can underneath the current garbage bag.

Pensacola is a hot and humid climate, this climate causes a lot of bugs. We are aware that bugs can get into space. We do regular extermination to try to prevent bug problems but it's not a perfect solution. Please note that you may see bugs in the home. No refunds given if bugs are seen.

When it gets too hot, the AC may not work properly because it’s too hot outside. There are window units as a back up. In the evening when it cools down it's fine.

Guests have to login to and logout of their own account for all streaming services.

There is an additional yet to be determined commercial usage fee for guests who require filming video or audio on the property.

To operate thermostat please tap the right side of the Nest thermostat. The face of the thermostat will light up. Then slide your fingers up or down to your desired option, tap to select. Adjust as needed by using the same tap and sliding of fingers.
