  • Beach Colony East PH1D is a 3-bedroom, 3-bath Gulf-front penthouse in gated Beach Colony Resort. With 1,750 square feet of living space, it accommodates up to 8 guests and offers panoramic Gulf views, a private balcony, and direct beach access.

    ABOUT THE PROPERTY
    The open living and dining area provides comfortable seating, TV entertainment, and Gulf views. The fully equipped kitchen includes appliances, cookware, dishes, utensils, and a coffee maker. A private balcony offers outdoor space overlooking the beach and Gulf.

    The primary bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has two full beds, and the third bedroom has a king bed. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom.

    Additional conveniences include Wi-Fi, an in-unit washer and dryer, air conditioning, heating, linens, and bath towels.

    AMENITIES & FEATURES
    Beach Colony Resort offers indoor and outdoor pools, including a heated pool option, a hot tub, fitness center, tennis and pickleball courts, and gas grilling areas. Seasonal beach service is available. The gated resort also provides complimentary parking and direct beach access.

Vacation

We had a wonderful time in Perdido Key. The Condo was great and beautiful and clean. Great view from the balcony. We would stay here again.

Very spacious, great views

5 adults and 2 children stayed and could’ve fit one more. The place was huge, and everyone had their privacy. Huge balcony with great views. 15th floor was high but you get used to it. Paid for beach service and it was wonderful.

Lovely!

Very nice accommodations. All of our needs were taken care of. Well maintained. Great location. Plenty of parking. Would have preferred keyless entry, but not a game changer. Elevators worked and were fast (we never had to wait). Beaches were crowded, but that’s to be expected in front of a high rise and on a holiday week. We loved our stay and would stay here again.

Family Vacation 2024

We really enjoyed Perdido Key. Beaches are beautiful and it has a family vibe, which was good as we were not looking for night life activities. This unit worked great for our family. It was well stocked and comfortable. All the comforts of home. Furniture a bit dated but not a big deal. I would also suggest update to balcony furniture. The elevators in the complex had multiple issues, with only one working several days. This was a bit of a hassle as this unit is on the 15th floor. This is not the units issue, but the properties. Overall, I would stay here again!
