this home has a wonderful view of Waterscape's tropical garden and oasis and a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico. The living room opens up to a spacious balcony with outdoor seating. Unit B622 is beautifully decorated with tropical blues and greens. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining nook has a large table. This lovely home offers a full bath with a stand-up shower and a washer/dryer off of the kitchen. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. The primary bedroom features a king bed with ornamental headboard, private bath, TV, DVD player, and spacious closet.

Loved our Stay!

This is a great property. The close access to the beach made it easy for our kids to go back and forth to the pool and allow us to relax on the beach. The room was clean and stocked with all we needed. I will definitely book this property again!

June Escape 2024

I recently stayed at this condo and had a wonderful experience. The cleanliness of the property stood out immediately, and the comfortable bed ensured restful nights. Great amenities but….

Everything about the property was great! Pools were wonderful and beach service was a plus. We loved the ease of parking and enjoyed the on-site tiki bar. Location was great! But the bed in this rental had the worst mattress I have ever been on. It sunk in the middle and was not comfortable at all. My husband and I switched sides after the first night and that didn’t help either of us. It was honestly not a restful, relaxing trip due to this mattress.

Great Place - Don’t stay if you have a bad back

Location and amenities were wonderful. The HOA had nice events. The pool amenities were great. The beach location was perfect and love it’s not in a busy area of town like Destin BUT the mattress wouldn’t even be fit for a homeless person. The body dents were a good 5 inches deep. No exaggeration. The headboard was not well attached to the frame and would bang against the blinds while we tossed and turned. If you have a bad back, I would avoid. But we would definitely stay again. Our 6&8 year old loved it and felt safe

Unit was nice size for 2 people; it slept 6, which would have been crowded. Parking on level of your condo is a brilliant idea! No waiting on elevators to take luggage & stuff upstairs! Waterpark was nice, but water was not heated, therefore very cold! Tiki hut prices very expensive. Overall, would probably rent here again, just maybe another unit.

Needs some TLC.

We had heard so many great things about waterscape and how kid friendly it was. Which I will say my kiddos had a blast in the pool areas. The Mom in me was excited for chairs at the beach being included. Only to come out on the first day and realize if you don’t get there when the sunrises there will be no sitting on the beach watching your children play because you would be 4 rows deep of chairs. When we got to our condo it had a musky smell. The kitchen was nice and updated and the master bed was very comfortable. After those compliments we are going straight downhill. The lounge chair outside was broken. The outside table was wobbly. The second bathroom shower stall door was quite literally stuck shut. Couldn’t even fathom having my kids shower in there and get stuck in there. The dryer smelt of urine. The drain for the master shower didn’t drain, so you essentially took a shower and bath all at the same time without even trying. And my least favorite thing about the condo was the carpet. It was in disrepair and nasty in the living room especially.

The location of this condo is wonderful! You have such a beautiful view! The complex has so much to offer. Condo itself was nice and clean. The carpet needs torn out of there. It is probably the original and was pretty dirty! Other than that it was a nice condo.

Waterscape Stay

Every time we have stayed at Waterscape, it has always been a pleasure. If family friendly is what you are looking for, the is it! Excellent staff, 3 pools, lazy river, 2 hot tubs. The place is always clean and the way they set the beach chairs up at the beach is great. It gives everyone a great view and the beach staff goes above and beyond. Thank you!

Needs updating and thorough cleaning

Upon arriving, I noticed dust everywhere. Had a musty odor throughout the condo. I brought cleaning supplies, so I wipe everything down and cleaned the bathroom before bringing my things in or letting the kids enter. Bathroom faucets are rusty, the shower door was broken in the guest bathroom and the shower curtains were falling down in the master bathroom. How hard is it to replace shower hooks? Bedding is like old hospital bedding. Thin white sheets and one thin felt like blanket. Only had two flat pillows on the bed. I went to Walmart and purchased pillows and a comforter set. Pull out sofa mattress need to be replaced it’s very thin and worn. Towels were stained and had brown on them. Went back to Walmart bought laundry detergent and bleach to wash the towels. I was so tired from all the cleaning and washing on the first day I didn’t enjoy the amenities. We really enjoyed the pool area and having access to the beach.
