"This could have a been a really nice stay, it’s in a great area and walkable to several restaurants. Unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. Basic check in and ordering a drink from the bar was met with an attitude of annoyance. Not a single person could be considered friendly or helpful. I had to call after several texts to request a receipt, and was again talked to like an annoyance. My shower was dirty and had clearly not been cleaned between guests. Pretty disappointed in my overall experience, I had higher expectations from this hotel. "

"The host has a number of properties & employs a full time concierge. During my stay, she made several trips to the suite, to solve problems or answer questions. I couldn't be happier with the kind of attention to detail that I experienced.I was here in Augusta looking for a place to rent long-term so I can move from out of state, and the broker who runs this property even helped me with that. "

"When we arrived the temperature in the house was 52 degrees! That is not very welcoming. Thankfully we could change the temperature on the thermometer. Everything was vey basic and nothing drew us to wanting to stay at this property again. One family member said it was a two star property. I will concede if you are having medical procedures done you would be in a great location as there are hospitals all around it. "
