Patricia, Bruna and Dan are amazing people, they are passionated about their work. The hotel is a paradise in the middle of the forest. Me and my family have a very good time there.

Incredible set up to watch the northern lights from bed. Went in autumn so snow hotel was not available. Would recommend more activities available like fishing rods, kayak as it’s far out of town so when you are there you are there with little to do. Also, timing of saunas are late, pop up ice bar ...
