"Fun place to stop."

"Delightful house, well appointed with every sort of thing you could need for a short-medium term rental. The manager/owner was extremely responsive when something went wrong and fixed it immediately. Our kids loved the mini-golf and the game room immensely. Would absolutely rent this property again. Hot tub was a hit!"

"The house was beautifully decorated (but not overwhelmingly so) as a beach house cottage. Calming pastel walls and gorgeous driftwood and metal sculptures of tropical fish and sea birds. Elsewhere, real sea grasses and seashells filled the nooks and crannies. The house was spacious. It’s an open-floor plan with color themed bedrooms. The master bedroom was especially breathtaking with a huge four-poster bed and a private bath. The kitchen had all the necessities, from a coffee pot (coffee and sugar included) to a toaster, full-size fridge, dishwasher and an electric stove. Pots, pans, dishes, glasses and utensils were all available for use. For those more adventurous, the fenced in yard included a grill and an outside dining/lounging area. Simply put, the hosts were wonderful, and super-helpful. When we ran into a minor problem with the door lock in the middle of the night, they were there to rescue us within minutes. For all of you dog lovers out there, the hosts love dogs and are incredibly accommodating in that regard. The check-in and check out process was easy and well organized. The hosts have very clear terms of stay and everything is written down in a binder for guests to reference anytime they wish.It’s not a secret, we loved this place. We’ll definitively book here again. "

"The house is conveniently located to the beach (easy walk). House/owner is very pet friendly (not many properties allow a 2nd family pet). Plenty of space in the house with lots of privacy. Would have liked to use the pool but the temperature in Florida our days were unusually cool for Florida. We would book this location again in the future"

"The property exceeded our expectations. Even with the beautiful pictures, it's hard to tell what a magical place this is. The house is spacious and welcoming, with every amenity you can imagine. The yard allows plenty of room for throwing a frisbee or playing ball and the docks provide ample opportunity to fish or have a picnic amongst the wildlife (birds and dolphins galore). There were plenty of parking spaces for our families to gather as we planned day-long get togethers with different groups as a way of gifting our time instead of presents this holiday season. Gillian was super responsive and helpful. The house has easy access to sidewalk on US1 for walking/running and is close to so many grocery stores and restaurants. We had a great time renting jetskis and a pontoon boat from a nearby business. Would definitely rent again, as would every visitor we had when they remarked at what a fantastic find this house was! "
