★ Please treat our space with respect. If any problems arise please let us know straight away and we will do our very best to resolve them for you as soon as possible.
★ Please be mindful of guests staying in the other studios. No noise after 10pm.
★ Please note that guests will be required to sign a guest contract prior to being allowed access to the property (separate to your agreement with Airbnb). This contract has terms relating to your booking and information regarding the general care of the property during your stay. You will be provided with access to your very own Guest Portal containing useful information about the property and the local area.
★ The property has limited dedicated parking - first come first served. Free unrestricted on street parking available nearby.
★ No bikes allowed inside the guest accommodation.
★ No charging of e-bike batteries allowed in the rooms as this presents a fire risk.
