「Our hosts were absolutely lovely. They were very available and accomodated our every need. The apartment is stunning and impeccably clean. The beds were very comfortable, plenty of hot water and a heated bathroom floor. A great small market is just minutes away and the veiws are stunning from this high mountain town. We were able to acess the Ortesie ski area in less than 30 minutes and loved the serenity of our accomodations. I would certainly stay there again. Thank you for making our journey...

「My husband and I were treated badly by the company that rented the property. WhatsApp messages went unanswered for days, phone calls were not answered, and information sent was unclear. The check-in process was unclear, and was in an office across town that handled 170 other properties. The apartment had absolutely NO toilet paper, almost no coffee, dirty dishes left in the dishwasher. The check-in staff was rude, unhelpful and explained that since they had to check in hundreds of others, they...

Our stay included dinner, and the evening meals were high in quality with well-presented dishes and a nice variety, allowing us to enjoy local ingredients in a relaxed atmosphere. The breakfast buffet, featuring items such as ham and fruit, was also well-rounded and something we looked forward to each morning. While the desserts and bread were tasty, we felt there is still potential for them to become even better. Another pleasant surprise was the complimentary afternoon snack bar, where guests can enjoy light bites and drinks in a relaxed lounge area—a welcome addition to the overall experience. The spa area is also impressive, offering multiple saunas, a heated indoor pool, and a jacuzzi—all perfect for relaxing both body and mind.
