Within 3 min drive, you'll reach the most beautiful beaches of Ulu, famous surf breaks, restaurants and shops. This 3BR boutique villa is the perfect getaway for friends and family. Unwind in the open-air living space, garden or infinity pool with an amazing sunset view over the jungle.
The space
Villa Limasan offers a wide open-air living space with kitchen, BBQ, Infinity pool in the tropical garden, and 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathroom for up to 6 people.

Living and dining area:
Our villa offers a spacious and open living room that allows you to enjoy breathtaking views of the picturesque surroundings, with cosy sofa and large dining table.
Adjacent to the living room, you will find a fully equipped kitchen that has everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Whether you're a culinary enthusiast or simply want to enjoy home-cooked meals during your stay, our kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including an oven, ensuring you have all the tools necessary to create culinary masterpieces.

BBQ :
Additionally, we offer an outdoor barbecue area, perfect for those who love the sizzle of grilled delights.

Bedrooms:
All bedrooms feature hotel-grade mattresses ( king koil ), soft cotton bedsheets, and king-sized beds. The large ensuite bathrooms are paved with soft pebble stones, have rain showers and botanical-inspired amenities (from sensatia).
The large windows flood the room with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
One bedroom is located separately by the pool, which can also serve as a workroom, while two other bedrooms are in the main villa.

Pool and Garden:
Cool down in the infinity pool or relax with a book in the garden. Enjoy the outdoor shower and immerse yourself in the jungle ambiance.
Guest access
A private parking space is available just in front of the house.
