We had minor issue with working the various remote controls and the window A/C seemed to have struggled just a bit to keep the room cool to our liking. Freezer worked well, would be super if defrosted. We didn't find time to utilize the spa.., But will next time ! The grounds, back patio just beautifully modeled, furnished. It is obvious that much time and attention given in creating the space. Again, room was very comfortable, cozy. Thanks for that. "
