THEY Offered vegan food choices!!! Soy milk even!!! limited- but amazing. The climate control in the room was lacking, and we had 2 body towels only. We stayed during a boil water problem- so we couldnt even use the ice machines.... for the area- its walkable to anything.

This was a perfect place for a family into on a long trip. Parking was near our room, and security seemed well-provided for. Cleanliness of rooms and newness and quality of linen was the best. The little breakfast room surprised us with all it had to offer! The pool looked great for unkinking your traveling body. Staff were very cooperative. The night clerk did not know much about the surrounding area, though she was willing. A further question asks about the surrounding property. Most important, it was easily accessible. It was not beautiful, and that's not what we were looking for.

There was no elevator, lucky for us we are capable of using stairs but hauling travel gear up and down is not ideal- when we arrived they told us they were fixing water lines and they had the water turned off every few hours then it would come back on for 1 hour….we had to set alarms to be sure we could use water when we could—when we finally got to shower the shower head was broken.

This is the WORST HOTEL. I accidentally made a double booking and contacted within minutes of making the reservation and they refused to refund me back my money….are you serious!?!? They obviously don’t get much business, so they take my hard earned money. What a bunch of garbage!!! I will NEVER stay at another Best Western again, nor will any of my employees.

We ended up stranded with a broke down car in Ontario and plans ended up changing a million times it felt like. The staff here was very kind and accommodating to our needs and very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. We especially loved that there were two rooms in our suite so our toddler could go to bed and we could watch tv. I will say the shower head needed some TLC as it leaked out the bottom, at the wall, and only sprayed out of half the head. The pillows were also tiny but there were plenty of them. The pool was fun and our toddler loved it. One of the best hotel breakfasts we have had, we enjoyed it each morning. Just beware there is no elevator which was okay as its only two floors but heads up! All in all a great stay.

Für einen nächtlichen Stopp absolut ausreichend. Personal sehr freundlich. Das Hotel selber ist ziemlich in Jahre gekommen. Zudem gibt es kein Fahrstuhl.
