「Very good hotel with a park and amazing and huge spa with its own natural pool!」

「Late check-in was great thanks to a really helpful person (1.8.2026). He made sure from start to finish that we could get in and get the car to the guarded parking lot. In the morning he was happy to open the reception so we could continue our journey smoothly. More people like this in customer service. Breakfast was also excellent.」

「Restaurant on site. Location close to the railroad tracks. Big plus is the parking in the front of the hotel, walking distance to the grocery store. Quiet part of town.」

「Lovely staff, super clean and very comfortable 」

「camera pulita, personale cortese, atmosfera piacevole」

「The only bearable thing in this place was breakfast. There is no AC or even a fan in the rooms, with hot temperatures it was unbearable. No room refrigerator for drinks. Room was provided with two small bottles of water but no bottle opener. The furniture seen much better days. Mattress hard like a rock. Terra cloth bedding unpleasantly harsh. Thin synthetic towels were previously used to map the floor. Service definitely not customer oriented, whole place stop caring about 30 years ago. Poland...

「Clean rooms and friendly staff. Great breakfast buffet. Unfortunately, restaurant was closed and did not get to have dinner.」

「This hotel is situated at little bit outer of central Ostrava, but we use trams or buses,we can easily reach this hotel. This hotel has also a tennis court, spa, bowling lanes.and a restaurant..so Ostanva people come and pleasure at weekend.Breakfast are very delicious I think nearly French level qualities.and staffs are helpful and good face with smile because of I saw many people with no small in Czech.Clean room staffs works good job.」

「Great location, friendly and efficient staff. Good facilities. Dislikes - small tv screen and unable to stream movie apps. No air-conditioning so room felt stuffy if window was closed and noisy when window was opened for ventilation.」
