Mi stupisco come sia possibile che la catena Accor possa mantenere la licenza a quest'albergo. La camera ha un odore di stantio, i vetri della finestra sono opachi, la moquette vecchia e il letto con materasso a molle scomodo. Le tende non oscurano la luce esterna e manca l'aria condizionata. Il wi-fi in camera è difficoltoso e assente nella zona letto. La colazione è scarsa. La camera non è stata rifatta. Alla reception mi hanno detto che avrei dovuto chiederlo espressamente. Pessima esperienza

Parking zaniedbany, ale obszerny. W hotelu brak klubiku dla dzieci, o którym mowa w ofercie. Pokoje bez klimatyzacji (gdy było 30st na zewnątrz było to dość uciążliwe) oraz lodówki. Łazienka była ddość stara. Meble też dość wiekowe, ale raczej w dobrym stanie. Obsługa ok. Hotel jednak wymaga nakladu finansowego.

Cozy hotel in an interesting region

A cozy hotel located in the heart of a region that has a lot to offer. Regardless if it is a walk in the lovely city of Cieszyn (and across the bridge to the Czech Republic) or a drive to Auswitch and Krakow this region is fascinating. Breakfast was a bit monotonous but good and the restaurant and bar were excellent.

Шикарный номер. Отличный завтрак. Персонал на высшем уровне. Так случилось что друзья забыли ценные вещи в отеле, написал на электронную почту и через несколько минут ответили, что наши вещи ждут нас в отеле. Планируем вернуться снова.

Nie spędziłam w tym hotelu za dużo czasu bo tylko na nocleg wpadałam. Budynek stary, ale jakoś utrzymany. Pokoje czyste, w łazience trochę "wilgotny" zapach. Śniadania dość ubogie ale smaczne. Jak za tą cenę nic w okolicy lepszego nie było.
