Crescent D4E Litchfield Beach

Crescent D4E has a great view of the ocean, beach and pool from the balcony and interior rooms of the condo. Enjoy your morning coffee on the furnished balcony, and favorite beverages in the evening. It's a beautiful view in the mornings, afternoons and nights! 

This beautiful condo has a living area with floor to ceiling windows and sliding door out to the balcony. The dining table seats 6 comfortably and offers a view of the ocean! The bar area has a mini-fridge & freezer for beverages and snacks. The kitchen is fully equipped for meal preparations for your family and friends. 

The master bedroom offers a view to the ocean with floor to ceiling windows and sliding door that opens to the balcony. The master bath is beautifully renovated with double sinks, and a large walk-in shower.  The two guest bedrooms each have their own bathroom with a tub/shower combination. 

This condo has a reserved covered parking space underneath the building and there are two elevators that service all floors.   

No Smoking. No Pets allowed.

Check-In: Saturday Check-in during the Summer. 

Linens Included for all rentals.  This includes all linens with beds made and towels included.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.

VayK Gearbeach equipment credit of $250 is included with all weekly rentals. This features access to beach chairs, umbrellas, bicycles and more provided through VayKGear.

Current Pool Information - Hours & Rules. This condo has access to all of the Sandpiper Pools and beach accesses. 

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
