「The facility is not as advertised. The room was tiny and felt more like a dorm room. Plain white walls, a high window with a large noisy air conditioning unit in front of it, a bed that needs replacing as it dipped badly into the middle. No bedside table on one side as no space for it. The halls and facility are a labyrinth, very hard to find your way around, lots of walking with heavy luggage to get from the lobby to the room. 「Had some issues with the check-in, and it is unresolved as I write this review. The room was a great room, and the buffet breakfast was very tasty. Supper was not too expensive and was served at the correct temperature, and the food was delicious and plentiful. The facility needs an upgrade as it is a bit tired. They need some walk-in showers for mobility-challenged people on the first floor, as there is no elevator to the 2nd floor.」

「In the morning there was a plumbing issue, resulting in the water being shut off in our room. When brought to the staffs attention, they quickly got us another room to use as a bathroom not requiring us to move. Essentially we had two rooms for the morning.」

During the entire check-in process, the staff member was continuously talking on the phone with someone else, which felt unprofessional and inattentive.
