When we arrived at 10 pm, there was nobody at the fronk desk. A sign said someone would be there in 5 minutes, which ended up being 10. By that time, there were 3 other people waiting. One lady was beyond upset at a party that was going on, on her floor and had wakened her 2 children twice. I was sent a message online to pre-register which I did, only to be asked to do it all over again at the registration desk. The website indicated that there is a bar and I inquired, only to find out it wasn't open yet. It has a grand opening in a few weeks. The room was great, big, warm, comfy bed, no noise. It had a fridge, microwave and a couch, all things I thinkv very hotel room should have. There was a Kerig machine and coffee pods, but only 1 very small milk pod percperson - not enough. The coffee was almost black. Breakfast was decent - cereals, eggs, ham, yogurt, OJ, toast, muffins, home fries, and coffee. I would stay again, hopefully with a person at thecfront desk and the restaurant-bar, open.

Staff were pleasant and friendly, the room was average, the bed was itchy, the shower was tired, the breakfast items were terrible (scrambled eggs had a dry crusty top but watery on the bottom of the serving dish, the hashbrowns were hard, crunchy, the ham seemed to be slices from a grocery store package, a mixture of slimy and dry) Fitness room had items under repair. Will cross this one off my list for future business stays.

It served our purpose for an overnight stay. however there was a large hockey team/families in the hotel too who played/created noise until 3am which was very disruptive. we wont stay again without confirming if the same thing is booked.
