With open-plan living on the ground floor, this traditional bach style home flows effortlessly to outdoor spaces. Dine alfresco on the lower patio overlooking the ocean or relax on the upstairs deck with panoramic vistas. An oil heater in each bedroom plus one heat pump in the home ensures year-round comfort.

Spread across two expansive storeys, this spacious holiday home offers four bedrooms and a rumpus with queen bed. The upstairs master bedroom features an ensuite with a bath. Downstairs, there’s an additional rumpus room, creating flexibility in the sleeping configuration for two families. Three bathrooms complete the convenient and comfortable setup for your stay.

Beach Haven Bonanza is pet-friendly, so you can bring your furry friends along to enjoy the beach and walking trails. Boat parking is available up to 7 meters, making it easy to bring your boat along for all your coastal adventures.

Enjoy water sports, views of Slipper Island and Mt Pauanui, or stroll across the reserve for days spent by the sand and surf, just steps from your door. Explore nearby cafes and restaurants, or fetch your own supplies at the supermarket just a four-minute drive away. Further afield, Beach Haven Bonanza is just under an hour's drive away from the popular Cathedral Cove and Hot Water Beach.

As the property has unfenced access to the beach, adults should closely supervise young children while outside to ensure they are safe around waterAs the barriers on the stairs, mezzanine and second level deck are below 1 metre high, all guests should take care in these areas due to the risk of falls.There is a pizza oven but guests will need to bring their own wood supplies.
