Nej tack,grinig personal i reception,dyrt,kändes som att bo i en gammal sliten lägenhet.finns hundratals bättre boenden för mer än halva priset.poolen använde vi inte pga att det va för långt bort att gå.va tvungen att få skjuts av personalen.

Poor customer service and rooms not shown asonline

Did not stay here. But I did book a connecting sea view room. However, as i got there they claimed there was something wrong with my room. And would give us a free upgrade. The upgrade wasn't even and up grade but and old rundown haunted looking bungalow. They could not compensate me even though I had booked 2 different rooms!!! They did offer me a free cancellation and refund. But how do you treat a customer like that. We had kids and elders in our van and drove very far just to find out "oh you can look down the street there are many other hotels. Beware of what you see online and what you actually see when you get to your destination. Because this is common and a lot of scams going around. Peace and no peace to the poor service of this place!

Service was very poor and no room as advertised..

Beware of what is shown online to what is actually there. This place had the worst service. I had paid for a connecting room with a sea view. And as i got there they stated we dont have that room something is wrong in there. I was like you could of at least sent me a message or something?? Staff does not have appropriate customer service skills. Then they were going to give me a free upgrade. From a sea view to an old haunted looking bunglow. Outside landscaping of it was terrible. And as you walk in the bungalow is old and outdated. Looks like someone had never stayed in there before!! So then they continued to show me another bungalow which was a little better than the first! However, the staff could not compensate me and give me the same exact room that was advertised so they told me well you can look around the street there are many other hotels. Other option was a free cancellation and my money back. I continued looking as all this mess was going on. Come to find out the new hotel that I got said this hotel has many complains. What a poor business and customer service, someone should really put them in check!!! They dont even care about their customers or their rooms.

Sentralt beliggende ved Jomtien Beach, kun noen få hundre meter fra strandpromenaden og stranden. Veldig hyggelig og behjelpelig betjening. På minus siden kommer utsikten mot second road, liten veranda og hard madrass. Men helt greit i forhold til pris.

แย่มากกกกกกกกกกกกกกกกกกกก (ก.ไก่ สิบล้านตัว)

ผมใส่เสื้อยืด กางเกงขาสั้น ขี่มอเตอร์ไซด์เข้าไปเจอจุดกั้นรถ คนไม่เคยไปก็นึกว่าต้องไปที่ Reception ของโรงแรมก่อนอันดับแรก เจอ รปภ. (น่าจะเป็นหัวหน้า) พูดว่าพักห้องไหน? ผมบอกว่ายังไม่ได้ check in เลยไม่รู้ห้อง ไอ้ รปภ. นี่ก็ไล่ผมไปบอกว่า "โน่นนน ไปติดต่อที่ห้องก่อน" (ด้วยน้ำเสียงสั่ง เหมือนจะใหญ่คับฟ้า) ก็ไอ้หน้าห้องเนี่ยะมันเขียนว่า "information" ตามด้วยภาษาไทยว่า "ประชาสัมพันธ์" แถมอยู่เป็นห้องเล็ก ๆ มุมอับ ๆ ใครจะไปรู้ว่าต้อง check in จุดนี้ก่อน??? แถมห้องพักผมจ่ายไปในราคารวมเบ็ดเสร็จ 1,050.- แต่คุณภาพห้องยังกับโรงแรมจิ้งหรีดราคาถูก ๆ ... ใครที่คิดจะพัก รร. นี้บอกได้เลยครับว่า "ไม่" คุ้มค่ากับเงินที่จ่ายเลย

Villa sharing a pool might be a bit overwhelming with families with small children since it is noisy and you have not time to relax. Complained to lobby staff but unable to help nor to follow policy, if any. Villa key turns on/off the power of the unit; therefore; the AC units. If you leave the room gets really hot and takes forever to cool off.
