The pool and the staff were the only good thing about this hotel. Rooms are very poor wifi, no hot shower. The beds are uncomfortable but i did like their pillow lol.

the staff talked nicely and very helpfull when to carry bags and provide advise. toilet is not good, no partition between shower area and toilet bow. no slipper. there are a lot of macs the edge of the carpet that hurt my feet every time i walked there break fast is so so

I wanted to enjoy this property based on the low cost and we made the best of the situation. The first room we got did not have functional air conditioning. The second one was two twin beds instead of a double. The second room was also in horrible repair and filthy. The third room had damage on the carpet and bathroom but was serviceable. The morning buffet is fair and plentiful but the fruit was frequently not stocked. The egg station was popular. The on site restaurant frequently did not have the ingredients for the full menu. The pool showed disrepair and the pool towels were frequently not available. At least once a week room towels were not available until much later n the day.

Expedia should not advertise this property. I was in two different rooms. Bugs in the bed and flying bugs. I bought spray but no help. I was bitten everywhere on my body and some pics I cannot post where the bites are. I told Housekeeping twice about the bugs and no response. Then I also reported about there was no hot water twice. The maintenance man finally showed up and he was there about half an hour. He goes OK it’s fixed. The water was lukewarm. The only way to get warm water is to run this tap on the sink and also run it in the shower and then it is a little warm. You should not have to do that. It was so bad I had to pay for another room in Bangkok for my last week and there was no refund from Mountain Beach Resort if I can find a way to post videos then I will be able to do it so you can see everything.

The front desk girls were amazing. The maintenance staff not very personable and look like a high school kid. The room was atrocious! This hotel DEFINITELY needs updating both inside and out. Huge pool, but very little lounge chairs and umbrellas. It's Thailand for goodness sake...It's hot here! The beds were like sleeping on a piece of wood, and my wife had a sore back for 3 days afterwards. The air conditioning was barely operable and NEVER cooled the room down to the selected temperature of 25C. We rented a room with a queen and twin bed. They are on wheels and would move if you turned over to fast. This photos online are deceivingly nice, not what you will receive. The maintenance that has been performed looks like it was done by inexperienced individuals. The breakfast buffet was blah! Nothing at all worth noting. I would look for something else entirely. On a plus note there is a little cafe called "Chillin Home Cafe" Great food, great atmoshere that is right up the street.

フライトの関係で、ホテルの到着がAM3:00になりました。カウンターは12:00にクローズすると、書いてありましたが、対応して頂き大変感謝しております。 しかし、予約内容は朝食付きで予約してたのですが、朝の事務処理が出来ない関係か、支払いを求めて来ました。説明しに行った所、納得していただき、次の日からは大丈夫でした。 最終、チェックアウト時に1日目の食事代の支払いを求められ、大変ショックでした。 対応していただスタッフさんには、少し申し訳無く思いますが 部屋も古さを感じるため、この評価になりました。

Not good at all. Very out dated and everything is falling apart. Wifi is useless ,if you are depending on it i suggest to get data package. And the blanket provided was a joke. My dogs have better blanket than that.

Poor hotel. Nothing good about it...

Firstly the room was stinking. I complained to the reception but they only sent someone with an air freshner which didn’t help because the stink was from the plumbing. Second the WiFi only worked in the lobby. Thirdly they would only keep one towel in the room. Fourth the rooms had no safes to put your precious items like money etc. we had to go down. Fifth. Service was poor Conclusion: I would not come back to this hotel or recommend to anyone.

ホテル周辺エリアが魅力

チョコレートファクトリーとスカイガーデンという眺望のよいレストランに行きたかったので、近くだったこのホテルを利用しました。ビーチへアクセスもよく、周辺に食事できるレストランもあったので立地は満足です。朝食付き、ソファー付の大きめの部屋に安くで宿泊できたのでよかったです。古いホテルなので設備にはあまり期待しない方が良いです。

โรงแรมในซอยลึกแต่เดินไปชายหาดได้

ข้อดี ใกล้ร้านสะดวกซื้อ เพียงข้ามถนนก็ถึงc 7-eleven, family mart, และเดินอีกประมาณ 400 เมตร ก็ถึงทะเลแล้วครับ ข้อเสีย -พนักงานสีหน้าและอัธยาศัยการต้อนรับที่เคาท์เตอร์ “แย่มาก” สีหน้าบึ้งตึงไม่ยิ้มแย้ม (เข้าพักวันที่ 26 เมษายน 2559 เวลา 22.00 น ไม่ขออนุญาตเอ่ยชื่อพนักงาน) -เนื่องจากใช้บริการ expedia.com ในการจองโรงแรมนี้ จองไป 2 ห้องเพื่อพัก 4 คน ได้แจ้งชื่อเจ้าของห้องที่จองชื่อแรกไป ก็หาห้องได้เจอดี แต่อีกห้องบอกว่าถ้าเป็นชื่อนี้ได้จองห้องมาเพียงห้องเดียว แล้วก็หันมาบอกว่า ลูกค้าได้จองจาก expedia โดยโรงแรมยังไม่ได้รับเงิน ยังไงให้โทรไปเคลียร์กับ expedia เอง (โอ๊ะ...service mind แย่มาก) ซึ่งกว่าจะหารายชื่อเพื่อนอีกคนในตะกร้าการจองห้อง (ซึ่งมีไม่กี่คน) ได้พบก็นานพอควร ประเด็นนี้เกิดความไม่สะดวกอย่างมากสำหรับการจองผ่าน expedia ซึ่งเป็นการจองพร้อมกัน (และเขียนในเวปว่าไม่ต้องโทรคอนเฟิร์ม) และรายชื่ออยู่แยกกัน ร่วมกันเจอบริการกับทางโรงแรมห่วยๆ อย่างนี้ รู้สึกแย่และไม่ดีมากๆ -lounge โรงแรมก็ร้อนมาก (ไม่มีแอร์ไม่มีพัดลม), พนักงานยกกระเป๋ายังไม่มี, ลิฟต์ก็แคบมาก -สัญญาณ wifi ที่บอกว่าฟรี ก็ไปไม่ถึงห้องพัก สรุปคือ wifi free ไม่ใช่ free wifi ... เป็นที่ประทับใจอีกอย่าง -แอร์ในห้องปรับอุณหภูมิไม่ได้ และเย็นช้ามาก (คงต้องซื้อพัดลมไปด้วยในการพักครั้งหน้า) -ขณะเปลี่ยนเสื้อผ้า ก็มีพนักงาน (ทำความสะอาด?) เปิดห้องเข้ามาโดยไม่เคาะประตูเลย เห็นหน้าเรา แล้วก็บอกว่า ขอโทษๆคะ พอดีเลขห้องคล้ายกัน เข้าผิดห้องคะ, นี่มันโรงแรมหรือว่าส้วมสาธารณะกันแน่

This hotel is like... Ok. Guessing if you get a superior suite it's a bit better. It's far from everything so plan to come here if you're interested in the pool and staying away from walking street. They also charge for visitors.

OVERALL GOOD CHOICE OF HOTEL. BEACH AREA WAS VERY NEAR TO HOTEL. INDIAN FOOD HOTEL WAS NEXT TO HOTEL WHEREIN FOOD WAS EXPENSIVE. HOTEL WAS FAR FROM LOCAL BUS STOP. WE TOOK TOOK-TOOK FOR 200 BAHT. MR. BANK WAS A GOOD YOUNG FRIEND TO ACCOMPANY US FOR TWO DAYS IN PATAYA FOR LOCAL TOUR.
