Stayed here many times and everytime the hotel has been excellent. Staff are very friendly especially Nisa and Teera, Teera is absolutely amazing and I look forward to seeing him everytime I go. Awesome stay. Loved the rooftop pool and bar. Bed was marshmallow soft. All staff greeted you and made you feel welcome. Only negative was a little street noise. I was on the 12th floor facing 3rd road. It didn't effect my sleep. Loved it.

Considering the price, location, availability, hospitality, cleanliness, quietness, and everything you expect at this level of the hotel, I should say I am really satisfied. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and stylish, with a wonderful atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and very well equipped, offering everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. What truly makes this hotel special is the incredible staff. Every single person I encountered was exceptionally friendly, professional, attentive, and always willing to help. Their kindness and hospitality made my stay even more memorable. You can really tell that they care about their guests. The rooftop area is another highlight, offering breathtaking views over Pattaya. It’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings, especially in the evening. The location is also excellent, with plenty of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment options nearby, while the hotel itself provides a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. I genuinely enjoyed every moment of my stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. A huge thank you to the entire Arbour Hotel and Residence team for making my time in Pattaya so special! Good value for money I think rooftop restaurant has great views over the ocean and city probably would stay again but there’s lots to choose from if you really want to be close to the beach it’s probably not for you but definitely a lovely hotel.
