"What a perfect spot for my first trip to Pittsburgh! The property is centrally located so I was able to walk around the city with ease, checking out restaurants, shopping, PNC park, and more. The room I stayed in was facing some highways which did create noise, but I prefer a bit of noise when I sleep. If you need quiet, you may want to request a room that is facing downtown. The room itself was spacious, with huge windows which allowed for tons of natural light. They also appeared to be recently updated, so the walls were clean and the room felt new and fresh. There is onsite parking for a fee if you have a personal car or rental. The washer and dryer in the room was a nice extra treat! I will definitely choose Placemakr when returning to Pittsburgh."

"This is a great hotel, located in the center of Pittsburgh. We booked a suite and the rooms were so spacious. We were amazed to discover their "Kickback" from 5:30-7, basically dinner (there was pasta, sliced chicken, cooked veggies, and a creamy tomato sauce, plus fixings for nachos and a spinach salad, along with drinks) included with our stay. Because of this and the free breakfast, this was a great value for a stay in a big city. One drawback was the entrance to the hotel, which is hard to spot and small; I was glad we were in a sedan and not a larger car. Valet parking is the only thing available, although the valets are nice and our car was ready to go at checkout time."

"I ended up getting switched from having a room with to Queens to having a room with a single King. Since I was traveling with my son it wasn't that bad. Lori at the front desk was amazing. We are doing a family trip with an oversized van. She was able to ensure that the open lot (not covered garage) we had to park in would not tow us. She did that with our requesting. Definitely above and beyond service from Lori."
