Precisa melhorar o atendimento da recepção

Atendimento bem fraco do atendente que fez gracinha por eu dificuldades para colocar meu carro (que não é um carro pequeno) em uma das vagas dizendo que nela colocam “caminhonetes”. Elevador quebrado e o engraçadinho ainda nos colocou no último andar quando retruquei a piadinha dele.

o hotel é muito bom, no dia em que fiquei tinha muitos hospedes e não consegui estacionar no estacionamento que é livre, mas não considero negativo. sendo que a maioria dos hotéis cobra estacionamento a parte.

Realmente condiz com as avaliações que havia lido aqui no app antes da reserva. Atendimento na recepção muito de acordo, inclusive pela horário que fizemos o check in, o recepcionista nos sugeriu para fazer um lanche uma conhecida lanchonete da cidade que fica a uma quadra do hotel, e realmente os lanches são muito bons mesmo. Estacionamento acessível e prático. Café da manhã excelente. Muito sortido e com bolos deliciosos.

Básico que atende bem!

O hotel atende a necessidade. Mas, peca no conforto de algumas coisas básicas. Por ex: estava mto frio na minha estadia. O ar não esquentou muito o quarto. E interruptores de luz só estavam disponíveis do lado da porta de entrada do quarto. Não havia nenhum perto da cama. Ou seja, você acorda a noite e vai “tateando “ pela parede até encontrar a luz.

Hotel que sofre os efeitos do tempo. Isolamento acústico inexistente, resultando numa terrível noite de sono. Chuveiro muito ruim, banheiro apertado e escuro. Não há cofre no quarto para guarda dos bens. Camas pequenas (estreitas), cortinas pequenas (resultando na entrada de luz do sol logo cedo). Eu não retornaria.
