「The apartment for 3 people was very spacious. We didn’t use the kitchenette or washing machine because we only stayed for one night, but they would have been great for a longer stay. And the building is the most unique place I’ve ever stayed in, with an amazing rooftop view of Bolzano and the mountains.」

"メゾネットタイプのお部屋で、とても快適に過ごしました。事情で1泊しかできなかったことを悔いています。長期滞在したかった…。朝ごはんもメニューも色々あり、おいしかったです。駅からも近く、とても素晴らしいホテルです。"

"街中にあるリゾートホテルといった感じのゆっくり過ごしたいホテルです。駅に近くショッピングも沢山あり、ボルツァーノは都会だと思いました。庭が素敵です。バラが咲いていて小道ができていて山の景色を眺めた後はホテルで寛ぎました。感じの悪い女性スタッフがいましたが、都合で早く出発して朝ご飯が食べられないことを話すてモーニングボックスの手配をしてくれました。急に彼女が親切なスタッフに思えました。"
