"The room was very nice and the beds were very comfortable! Staff was super helpful and kind. Only complaint, when it rained, the water from the balcony seeped into our room under the floor. Causing it to buckle up and have water. Also the hot tub was not working during our stay. I was a little disappointed. "

"Paid 2 hrs for late check out and security was at our door 5 minutes past our check out time like if we were thieves. Two security people came knocking loud and even though they saw me with our luggage walking to our door, they stood there until we all came out of the room and escorted us out. Totally fail. I don’t think the room was worth what we paid, but thousands of cruise ship customers and the world baseball championship the hotels are going to be overpriced. Staff was very friendly."

"Our preferred Marriott Bonvoy status with early checkin turned out to be a nightmare. Tired and hungry from travel all we wanted was to check in and they were behind by hours. We were not able to check in until 4:30. Not very happy to start our trip."
