「Is like this hotel has not staff at all nobody able to help」

「Breakfast was nice. The only problem may be that the refrigerator was not working well...」

「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The front desk staff went out of their way to help us with directions and local restaurant recommendations. They were very friendly to our dog too - giving her treats on arrival. The room was clean and the hotel's location is near to the tram that takes you straight into the old town. We also managed to get a free parking space on the street nearby - there is a paid underground carpark next door. We would definitely stay again!」

「a little bit cold.」

「A clean room, lovely breakfast, with a reasonable price. And the location at the center of the town is convenient.」

「Clean room, helpful staff, good breakfast, close to old Zaragoza and underground parking!」

「Overall, we had a very comfortable stay in a fantastic location. There was a little difficulty at check-in due to the language barrier, which made the beginning slightly stressful. Our family of five stayed on the third floor. The staircase is very narrow and steep, so carrying luggage upstairs was difficult. Having only one key for five people was also very inconvenient. Apart from this, the apartment was lovely, clean, comfortable and well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed, with...
