"Super"

"Great hotel, great location, great food Stayed during a 4 day trip. Excellent location to the slopes 1 min walk through the cut through, lockers for ski equipment and the spa is small but is great after a full day skiing/boarding. The hotel is lovely, some rooms dated both types of bathrooms are shown in pics. Hotel was clean, staff were very lovely and helpful especially Gerorgina (in housekeeping, always happy and smiling) and Phillippe on the bar/restaurant lovely and chatty. 1 receptionist though wasn’t so friendly and made you feel as you were bothering her just asking a question, not the nicest of greetings on arrival. food was great Spa €12 each for 1hr Taxi’s are non exsistent in Andorra so if your getting dropped off by coach at the town bus stop you have a 1/2 mile steep up hill walk with all your luggage. You can get an uber so diwnload the app. We will definitely stay again but will arrange an uber Next time"

"Location is pretty nice, the rushing water sound is very soothing and the staff are excellent! Some people are stating the breakfast wasn't good, but I found there were lots of options, everything tasted great and there were many more options than a typical hotel. The beds were pretty comfy and there were decent pillows provided. The WiFi worked well and the views were pretty good. I was not a fan of the uncontrollable heat that required me to leave the window open whenver I was in the room and the toilet seat was broken, but aside from that everything was pretty nice."

"I had a great stay at the NH Andorra la Vella! The hotel is conveniently located on one of the main streets in town and just a 10-15 minute walk from the bus station. The Tourist Information Office is across the street and there are many restaurants and stores within minutes of the hotel. The Old Town is also close by with the entire city very walkable. Hiking options, with varying levels of elevation and difficulty, are easily accessible. The hotel staff were friendly and professional and I was greeted every time I entered or exited. They were willing to answer my questions and provided a map and directions to the laced I was interested in. My room was very large with a comfortable bed, multiple windows with a view of the town, and a very nice bathroom. I will definitely stay at the NH Andorra la Vella the next time I am in Andorra!"

"Wonderful hotel in the heart of the happening district. Close to restaurants, shopping, and the famous Caldea Spa. Very clean, friendly staff, excellent food, and convenient on-premises parking. Loved this place! "
