El apartamento estaba perfecto. Lo que no nos gustó fue el trato del empleado en la recepción. De simpático no tenía nada muy arrogante. Dos días después de dejar la vivienda, aún nos an devuelto la fianza.

Siempre vamos a estos apartamentos , pero solemos coger los grandes porque vamos con los niños, está vez íbamos en pareja y decidimos uno de 1 habitación y todo bien excepto la cama que era de metal y hacía muchísimo ruido, y que no tienen balcón ni vistas, pero por el precio no está mal, repetiremos pero al pequeño no

Établissement confortable, il ne manque rien. Au rdc aucune vue on est entouré par des murs. Le stationnement est un peu compliqué et le parking est à 15€ par jour.

El apartamento fue espectacular, tanto por sus vistas de montañas como por la comodidad, espacio, y lo hogareño que era. La atención recibida en recepción también fue impecable, proceso del checkin fue rápido y ágil. El acceso directo al parking fue muy cómodo por los días lluviosos. No llegué a echar en falta nada, todo estaba mejor de lo descrito cuando lo reservé, solo cabe desacatar que aparecía que tenía plancha de ropa, pero no fue un inconveniente ya que lo pedimos en recepción y nos lo trajeron. De todas maneras, han sido muy buenos y la estancia para nosotrxs ha sido increíble y muy muy cómoda. Muchas gracias por tratarnos tan bien!

Apartamento super bom, vista incrível, tudo bem funcional, voltaria com certeza, único problema é que em Andorra você perde a internet, daí foi um perrengue pra achar a recepção, poderia ser mais bem informado isso.

Excelente opción para esquiar en Granvalira

Me encantó el concepto de hotel-departamento. Fue increíblemente conveniente para poder cocinar en el establecimiento antes o después de un día de esquí largo y pesado. Las vistas a la montaña y parte de las pistas, en días nevados, es increíble. El personal siempre fue amable. Lo único que no me encantó es que puede que al principio las instrucciones para llegar al alojamiento sean un poco confusas, ya que la oficina de check-in está en otra ubicación a menos de 5 minutos de distancia. Además no me encantó que tu mismo tienes que encargarte de cosas como sacar la basura (e ir al único contenedor entre 3 torres de departamentos, en la nieve y hielo) o hacer tu propia limpieza.

Buen hotel para esquiar en Tarter

El hotel estaba bien ubicado, bastante cómoda las camas y el apartamento en general. No tuvimos mucha información antes de la llegada nos costó un poco entender dónde era la recepción y El proceso de check In. Y el único comentario negativo era la limpieza pues se notaba que no la habían limpiado bien y habían dejado sin jabón los baños y a pesar de pedirlo sólo lo dejaron en la puerta al Final del segundo día.

Housse de couette déchirée et mise à l’envers. Oreillers peu large très inconfortable. Le matin pas de café réception fermée pas de petit déjeuner quand mon mari a voulu rentrer aucune clé ne fonctionnait pour ouvrir le bâtiment il est passé par le garage qui lui était rester ouvert toute la nuit alors qu’on paie pour qu’il soit fermé. Propreté limite. Pas d’état des lieux du coup on craint pour notre caution on a du donc faire des photos de tout l’appartement. Surtout qu’on a découvert 2 impacts à l’intérieur du frigo Conclusion on ne reviendra pas

Très bien si vous ne payez pas trop cher

Bon appart-hotel si vous ne payez pas trop cher. L’hôtel est bien situé, a quelques mètres de la route principale et facilement accessible. Plusieurs petits commerces sont disponibles a proximité. Le parking gratuit était très pratique (quand d’autres touristes ne prennent pas votre place de parking…) et est suffisamment grand pour pouvoir se garer aisément. Le réseau wifi gratuit dans toutes les chambres est très pratique également . Nous avons payés 350€ en été pour 2 ce qui est un très bon tarif. Ceci étant plusieurs problèmes sont à noter : 1 : nous avions un logement avec vue sur … les autres logements ! donc que du vis-à-vis. 2 : ayant que des logements en vis-à-vis et les logements étant non-fumeurs, les autres locataires fument a la fenêtre ce qui fait que tous les autres appartements récupère la fumée, sympathique… 3 : Le logement était propre mais tous les couverts et ustensiles de cuisine étaient sales et mal lavés. Il restait encore une flaque d’huile dans le four !!! 4 : Les logements sont mal isolés phoniquement, vous entendrez facilement vous voisins. Pire encore, cet établissement accueillant principalement des touristes espagnols, cela est rapidement horrible car les espagnols sont très bruyants. 5 : Nous avions un problème de chasse d’eau dans les toilettes, que nous avions signalés dès le premier jour, ils ne sont jamais venu la réparer. C’est bien beau de nous faire des discours sur le côté écologique de l’établissement mais pour une fuite d’eau, pers

Bon séjour ! Attention si vous louez un appartement 1 chambre ou 2 chambres SANS cheminée, la localisation sera sur la quartier de Ransol. Il y a une bonne descente pour accéder aux pistes. Pas simple avec les chaussures de ski. - parking souterrain avec place large, un van L2H1 passe - pastille lave-vaisselle disponible, attention pas de liquide vaisselle et un seul sac poubelle. Ya lo dije, te ponen la foto del mejor apartamento y cuando llegas es mucho más simple. Viene equipado pero sólo hay 4 platos, 4 vasos, 4 cubiertos, muy justo y ni puedes poner el lavavajillas para tan poco y lo tienes que fregar todo a mano. El detectir de humos estaba arrancado del techo y yo se lo dije ya que ellos te cobran 100€ por si devuelves el apartamento en mal estado o con cosas rotas. Te exigen que lo dejes todo limpio y saques la basura, detras de nuestro sofa habia un montón de polvo, no deben limpiarlo!, esoeraran a que lo limpien los clientes. Son juntitos pero están bien y tienen parking privado.
