「Zeer schone kamer en erg aardig personeel」

「Camera pulita struttura buona Personale cordiale e disponibile. Colazione discreta Camera comunicante con altra… quindi poco insonorizzata」

「The hotel was pretty nice and located near restaurants and a grocery store. I wish there was an in room kettle for tea and the tv didn’t work to connect to Netflix. But other than that, the staff was super nice and the room itself was nice.」

「Only 5 units in this beautifully renovated palazzo. Great location. Very clean, good size rooms. First floor has a beautiful common area living room. Breakfast area on the second floor serves a good spread every morning. The palazzo was better than " four star" hotels we have stayed in during our trip around Italy this year. Staff on site only part of the day but no issues with access. Barbara sends all required info by email well in advance. We loved Bergamo and our stay in Porta Picta!」

「This is a perfect hotel for couples looking for proper comfort and a high quality of service when travelling to Bergamo. Everything is what we hoped for from the central location, the exceptional quality of the Junior studio, the superb and plentiful breakfast and certainly the friendliest and most helpful staff you could wish for on any trip. Francesca, Rebecca and Francesco were all consistently attentive during our stay and each of them a real example of the first class hospitality on...

On a beaucoup apprécié」

「11/10. Could not be more pleased with our experience, particularly the graciousness of the staff (Franco, Gian-Luigi, and Svetlana (hopefully the correct name!). They went above and beyond for us and our 2 year old. The location just on the edge of Citta Alta was also extremely convenient, in additions to be steps away from the funicular to San Vigilio. The personal touch of the staff makes Le Funi a *must stay* for all travelers, and certainly for families.」
